5 1/2 cups (sliced) | Apples |
2 Tbsp | Tapioca |
1 tsp | Cinnamon |
1/4 tsp | Nutmeg |

2 Tbsp | Margarine |
3/4 c. to 1cup | Sugar, white |
Serves: 8 people
Mix dry ingredients together. Pour over apples, mix and let set for 10-15 minutes. Pour into a 9 inch unbaked pie crust. Dot with margarine. Put on top crust. Sprinkle with sugar and bake at 425 F for 50-60 minutes; til golden and bubbly.
