6 (hard boiled) | Eggs |
1/4 cup | Butter, stick |
1/4 cup | Mayonnaise |
1/4 cup | Flour, all purpose |
1 teaspoon | Mustard |
2 cup | Milk |
1/2 teaspoon | Salt |
dash | Pepper, Black |
1 cup (shredded) | Cheddar Cheese |
1/2 teaspoon | Worcestershire Sauce |
1 can (drained) | green beans |
1 can | Corned Beef |

Serves: 6 people
Shell eggs and half lengthwise. Remove yokes, mash with mayo, mustard, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Refill whites. Arrange eggs in casserole dish.
Melt butter; blend in flour. Gradually stir in milk. Cook stirring constantly until thickened.
Stir in cheese, flaked corned beef, and beans. Pour over eggs. Arrange bread around the edge of the casserole. Bake at 375F for 15 min.
