1/2 cup (chopped) | onion |
1/2 cup (chopped) | green pepper |
1 Tablespoon | Shortening |
2 Tablespoon | A1 Sause |
2/3 cup | Chili Sauce |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
1/8 teaspoon | Pepper, Black |
1 1/4 cup (grated) | Cheddar Cheese |
Serves: 6 people
Heat oven to 350F. Cook noodles in boiling salted water until tender. Drain. Meanwhile saute beef, onion and green pepper in shortening until beef is brown.
Combine with noodles, steak sauce, chili sauce, salt, pepper, and 1cup of cheese. Bake at 375 for 25 min. Top with remainder of cheese.
