2 pounds | hamburger |
2 cans | Cream of Chicken |
3 to 4 Tbsp | onion soup mix |
1 cup | Milk |
2 pound pkg frozen | tater tots |
Serves: 8 people
Scatter raw ground beef over bottom of 9"x13" baking pan. Sprinkle with dry onion soup mix (can substitute dried onions). If using chopped onions instead, let stand a minute or two with a little boullion or water. Mix canned soup with milk and pour over meat. Arrange tater tots over top, side-by-side. Bake 350F for 1 hour 15 minutes.
NOTE - 1/2 recipe for square baking pan; serves 4.
