1 can | Cream of Celery |
1/2 cup | Milk |
1 to 3 pounds | Chicken breast, boneless |
1 pkg Lipton | onion soup mix |
1 can | Cream of Chicken |
Serves: 6 people
Spread rice over bottom of 9"x13" pan. Heat soups & milk; pour over rice. Lay checken over soups. (could use 1-3# whole chicken cut up). Sprinkle Lipton Onion soup mix over chicken. Cover with foil; bake 2 hours 15 minutes in 325F oven
NOTE - cook rice, drain & mix with soup, milk mixture. Put in baking dish with chicken on top. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 375F oven.
Could substitute Cream of Mushroom instead of Cream of Chicken soup.
