4 large | Russet Potatoes |
1/2 cup | Milk |
1/4 cup | Butter, stick |
1 cup, grated | Cheddar Cheese |
to taste | Salt |
to taste | Pepper, Black |
Serves: 4 people
Bake potatoes on HIGH in a microwave for about 17 min. Cool 5 minutes. Make slit in top. Remove top half of potato. Scoop out center, leaving 1/4 inch shell. Mash potatoes with butter, milk, cheese, salt & pepper. Fill potato shells with mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Microwave 1 minute, or until potatoes are hot.
If prepared and refrigerated, microwave on HIGH 4-5 min. Sprinkle with cheese and heat until cheese is melted.
