Blueberry Coffeecake

1 cupButter, stick
2 cupSugar, white
2Eggs
1 cupSour Cream
1/2 tspVanilla Extract
1 5/8 cupFlour, all purpose
1 tspBaking Powder
1/4 tspSalt
1/2 cupBlueberries
1/2 cupSugar, brown
1 tspCinnamon
1/2 cupNuts
-Sugar, powdered

Serves: 12 people

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs. Fold in sour cream and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Fold in blueberries. Grease and flour a bunt pan. Pour 1/3 of batter in pan (spread with a knife).

Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and nuts for filling. Sprinkle first third of batter with half of filling, then add 1/3 more batter, remaining filling and remaining batter.

Swirl gently with spatula. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes. Cool in pan. Remove and sift powdered sugar over top.
