Chocolate Chip Cookies

2 1/4 CupsFlour, all purpose
1 tspBaking Soda
1 tspSalt
2 sticks (1 Cup)Butter, stick
3/4 cupSugar, white
3/4 cupSugar, brown
1 tspVanilla Extract
2Eggs
1/2 of 10oz bagChocolate Chips

Serves: 40 people

Preheat oven to 375 F.

Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at at time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto greased baking sheets.

Bake for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
